Michael McLean started his career over 30 years ago with expansive experience and knowledge across all phases of real estate from acquisition to full management. Michael McLean and his wife Jenny McLean ventured out to create a new real estate brokerage company in 1984 (Mclean Company Rentals) in an effort to improve service for both sales clients and home rental clients. Beginning with just 19 rentals, Michael has grown the business to manage over 500 different properties ranging from vacation rentals, event spaces and both long and short term lease rentals. With an added refresh coming to property management, Michael hopes to continue to connect the right individuals with the best possible long term home for themselves and their families, as well as continue to expand across the greater Palm Springs area.

For over 36 years, Jenny has been a noteworthy leader in the rental industry.  Graduating from UCLA in 1977, with a degree in International Relations, Jenny started selling real estate in Long Beach, CA.  She got her brokers license immediately, and for many years was one of the youngest brokers at 21.  For the past 36 years, she has worked Michael building not only a company, but a family.  Working with Michael, together, they watched the vacation rental industry change dramatically and they have fought hard to keep the rules fair for everyone.

Jenny took over the accounting end of both the long term and seasonal department from the beginning. Learning new software and technology has been a priority that continues with generation II, and she is proud of the changes they are making in company policy to keep up with the ever changing rental landscape.

Raising three children with Michael, and being involved in the community has been a priority.  The company has grown with their firm belief that family is first.  Giving back to community and participating in and supporting both business associations and groups that teach and lead the next generation to achieve are part of the philosophy that they both lead with.
Besides being a member of many organizations, she was  President of the Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce, the Palm Springs Women's Club, and Palm Springs National Charity League. 

Kelly McLean Lewin is the Chief Operating Office for McLean Company and has worked in the business since 2010. She is a member of the Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce, Palm Springs Association of Realtors and the Vacation Rental Managers Association. In 2013 Kelly was recognized by the Palm Springs CVB with the Palm Award and has received both 40 under 40 by Palm Springs Life and Women who Lead in 2019.
